Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil

I think this recipe in its simplicity proves a recipe does not need to have lots of ingredients to be absolutely delicious. With just a couple ingredients and minutes from prep to table your dinner is ready, simple and delicious. Trust me if you’re looking for something to make for dinner tonight make this recipe.

You’ll only need

•1 lb-spaghetti
•1/3-cup Extra virgin olive oil
•6-8 garlic cloves sliced
•1/2-tsp crushed red pepper
•a little chopped parsley
•1-tsp salt
•pasta water

 

1-add the olive oil, garlic, red pepper to a skillet large enough to hold the finished dish. Put the heat to low sauté for 5 minutes until the garlic releases their aroma and turns golden but do not burn the garlic.
2-remove the skillet from the heat add 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet this will stop the garlic from cooking
